Akamai Partner Program Team drives global partner growth and cloud enablement. The Senior Channel Programs & Operations Manager designs governance models, builds end‑to‑end cloud certification and onboarding journeys, and orchestrates cross‑functional teams to scale partner programs worldwide. Remote work from India, full‑time role.

What you’ll do

• Design governance model for global cloud partner enablement
• Build certification and onboarding journeys for partners
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across product, sales, services, and marketing
• Establish scalable processes supporting cloud GTM motions
• Define operational frameworks ensuring clarity and accountability
• Measure program performance and drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8+ years channel program or partner operations experience
• Expertise with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplaces
• Experience designing partner journeys in complex cloud environments
• Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong data‑driven decision making
