About the role

Talent & Organization (T&O) – S&C Global Network team drives AI-enabled talent solutions and workforce transformation for global clients. The Senior Manager leads talent development strategy, designs AI-powered workforce enablement programs, and partners with senior leadership to deliver measurable impact. Based in Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai with on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead talent development strategy initiatives for large-scale transformation programs
• Design and implement workforce enablement strategies aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define talent priorities and co-create AI-powered solutions
• Oversee project delivery, managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk
• Drive AI adoption in talent processes to enhance workforce effectiveness
• Manage multiple talent development programs for global clients
• Support practice leadership in building high-performing, future-ready teams
• Lead business development efforts and shape proposals for AI-enabled talent solutions
