About the role

The Consultant partners with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and coordinate training programs, project plans, and change‑management solutions that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. Bangalore, hybrid work model with flexible onsite presence.
What you’ll do
- Identify, plan, implement and support talent development projects
- Consult with clients to diagnose issues and design change‑management and training solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs, coaching and feedback
- Create and manage project plans, communications and documentation
- Partner with HR and cross‑functional teams to drive initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Certifications in training or Organizational Development preferred
