About the role

Talent Development team at Empower Retirement designs and delivers enterprise learning solutions to build leadership and professional skills. The Senior Consultant creates and facilitates adult‑learning programs, curates content from platforms like LinkedIn Learning, and uses data to refine learning impact. Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver leadership and professional skill training programs
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences and simulations
• Curate and adapt content from internal and external sources
• Partner with business leaders and HR to identify skill gaps
• Leverage data and feedback to measure learning impact
• Support development pathways for emerging leaders and managers
• Stay current on talent development trends
• Facilitate team development activities

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years learning and development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Talent Development or related field
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
• Experience consulting with senior leaders
• Proficiency with virtual learning tools (MS Teams, Allego)
• Project management in fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) preferred
• Certification in talent assessment tools preferred
