About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Talent Consulting team drives talent strategy and engagement for business units. The Talent Consultant partners with leaders to design and deliver workforce planning, performance management, talent development and reward initiatives, acting as a change agent across the unit. Based in Chennai, on-site role with occasional cross‑border collaboration and consulting exposure.

What you’ll do

• Support strategic talent agenda and design scalable engagement frameworks
• Partner with business leaders to implement talent programs and address employee relations issues
• Drive project management for workforce planning, performance management, talent transformation and reward initiatives
• Provide insights on people issues and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Facilitate change adoption and support special HR projects across the unit

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or post‑graduate qualification in Business or Human Resources
• 6-8 years HR generalist experience
• Experience delivering talent initiatives
• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience in cross‑border virtual environments
