About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Talent Consulting team drives talent strategy and engagement for business units. The Assistant Manager supports the strategic talent agenda, leads project delivery for workforce planning, performance management and talent development, and mentors a consulting team. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities for cross‑border collaboration and professional growth.

What you’ll do

• Support senior talent consultant in designing scalable engagement frameworks
• Implement engagement initiatives across the business unit
• Coach leaders on people strategy and employee relations
• Provide insights on ER cases and business decisions
• Manage HR projects such as performance management and talent transformation
• Develop and mentor talent consulting team members
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage related risks
• Facilitate change adoption for HR programs

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Business or Human Resources
• 7-9 years HR generalist experience
• Experience managing and mentoring teams
• Professional HR accreditation or certification
• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience in cross‑border virtual environments
