About the role
EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Talent Consulting team drives talent strategy and engagement for business units. The Supervising Associate partners with leaders to design and deliver HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, and talent development while coaching managers on employee relations. Based in Hyderabad, this role operates on-site, leading a consulting team and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
What you’ll do
- Support strategic talent agenda and design scalable engagement frameworks
- Provide leadership with talent consulting and change leadership across HR initiatives
- Drive project management for workforce planning, performance management, talent transformation and development
- Coach business leaders on people strategy and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage related risks
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years HR generalist experience
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- Professional accreditation or HR specialization certification
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment
- Experience working in cross-border virtual teams
