About the role

Creative Services team at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence builds high‑impact, on‑brand visual solutions for global EY teams. The Supervising Associate‑Art Director leads design teams to create collaterals such as brochures, infographics, microsites and motion graphics, guiding concept through rapid prototyping to final production. Bengaluru office, on‑site work model, with opportunities to mentor junior talent and influence brand standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide creative leadership and direction for multi‑format collaterals
• Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and digital marketing teams
• Ensure all outputs adhere to EY brand guidelines and quality standards
• Mentor junior designers on best practices and design processes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets
• Stay current with visual trends and advocate innovative approaches

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 10+ years of visual design experience in a fast‑paced global environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC
• Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centric, data‑visualization and multi‑channel design
• Proven team‑management and mentorship experience
