Supervising Associate Art Director

About the role

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) delivers high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions for EY teams worldwide. As a Supervising Associate Art Director you will lead visual direction and design across brochures, infographics, microsites, motion graphics and social media, guiding a team to produce user‑centric, strategically sound collateral. Based in Kochi, India, this on‑site role involves hands‑on creative leadership, stakeholder collaboration and mentorship of junior designers.

What you’ll do

• Provide creative leadership to design teams delivering collaterals such as brochures, infographics, presentations, microsites and motion graphics
• Produce strategic concepts, storyboards and prototypes through to post‑production
• Ensure all outputs adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed quality, turnaround and budget expectations
• Stay current with visual trends and advocate best practices to team and clients
• Lead project discussions with customers, translating briefs into innovative design solutions
• Mentor junior team members on design standards and processes
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects in parallel

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years overall experience in a fast‑paced global environment
• Team management experience mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe DC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and motion graphics
