About the role

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) delivers high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions for EY teams worldwide. As a Supervising Associate – Art Director you lead design teams to create collaterals such as brochures, infographics, microsites and motion graphics, ensuring user‑centric, aesthetically‑proficient output that aligns with brand and business goals. Based in Kochi, India, this on‑site role involves hands‑on art direction, stakeholder brainstorming, and mentorship of junior designers.

What you’ll do

Provide creative leadership and direction for multi‑format collaterals
Produce conceptual work and rapid prototypes through storyboards
Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines and quality standards
Stay current with visual trends and advocate best practices
Lead project discussions with stakeholders and mentor junior designers
Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll bring

10+ years experience in visual design
Team management experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC
Experience with infographics and data visualization
Strong user‑centric mindset and creative strategy
Project and risk management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
