Based in Bangalore, the role is on‑site with a focus on AI‑enabled, data‑driven talent experiences.

What you’ll bring
- 8+ years HR/Talent Management
- 3+ years in talent/OD at tech
- Experience with performance management
- Succession planning

- AI/ML in people ops
- Stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking
Nice to have
- Master’s in HR/OBD or related
- Experience in high‑growth tech
- Consulting background (preferred)
