What you’ll do

- Document requirements and create functional specifications with stakeholders

- Develop metrics, monitors, and alarms for performance detection
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Contribute to system improvements and bug fixes
- Collaborate across operations, product, and engineering teams
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years software development or technical support
- Troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Scripting in modern programming languages
