About the role

What you’ll do
- Direct daily operations including cash, clearing, transfers, and account opening
- Manage tellers and customer service officers to ensure efficient performance
- Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations, and anti-money laundering policies
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high service standards
- Achieve aggregate cross-sell points and growth in account balances
- Monitor income leakage, office accounts, and cash retention limits
- Handle internal and external audit processes and queries
- Train staff on products, processes, and bank policies
What you’ll bring
- Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred)
- 8 - 12 Years of experience
