About the role

New Car Finance team at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on expanding loan and insurance product uptake for new car purchases. The Senior Executive drives lead fulfillment, field activity, and channel sales, while recruiting and managing a field sales force to meet targets. Hubli office, on-site work model, with responsibility for data management, team leadership, and performance metrics.

What you’ll do

• Meet and exceed business goals across loan and insurance products
• Manage lead fulfillment and field activity using existing database
• Update lead status within 24 hours of receipt
• Maintain pickup percentage and FOS productivity metrics
• Lead and motivate a field sales team to achieve set targets

What you’ll bring

• Graduates with 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
• Experience in insurance sales is a plus
• Proficient in data management and MS Office
• Ability to recruit field sales officers through multiple channels
• Strong team handling and problem‑resolution skills
• Self‑starter with high motivation and target‑driven mindset
