About the role
New Car Finance division at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on financing new vehicle purchases. The Senior Executive drives loan and insurance product targets, leads a team of off‑roll staff, manages lead fulfillment, CRM and risk coordination, and handles customer escalations. Based in Kolhapur, on‑site work model.
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales in loans
- Experience in insurance (preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Finnone
- Strong team leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to recruit and manage off‑roll staff
- Excellent data management and MS Office skills
- Self‑starter with high motivation
- Ability to meet lead response SLA of 24 hrs
