What you’ll do

• Meet and exceed business targets across loan and insurance products
• Manage and own all channel businesses and lead fulfillment
• Recruit, retain, and lead a productive off-roll team
• Maintain portfolio delinquency and monitor key conversion metrics
• Handle customer escalations and complaints
• Utilize CRM and lending systems for data management
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
• Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection

What you’ll bring

• Graduates with 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Finnone
• Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to have

• 2-3 years sales experience in loans
• Insurance sales experience a plus
• Ability to recruit and manage off-roll employees
