About the role
New Car Finance team at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on providing car loan and insurance solutions. The Senior Executive drives business targets across loan and insurance products, manages lead fulfillment, oversees channel partners, and handles customer escalations while coordinating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams. Based in Rudrapur, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Meet and exceed business goals for loan and insurance products
- Manage and own all channel business activities and lead fulfillment
- Recruit, retain, and supervise off‑roll employee teams
- Monitor delinquency, conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Coordinate effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
- Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection for car refinance
- Track cases at every stage to maintain control
What you’ll bring
- Graduates with 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
- Insurance sales experience a plus
- Proficient with Salesforce.com and Finnone CRM
- Strong MS Office and data management skills
- Proven team leadership and problem‑solving ability
