Senior Executive, New Car Finance

About the role
New Car Finance team at Bajaj Finance drives growth in auto loan and insurance products. The Senior Executive leads lead fulfilment, channel management and a team of off‑roll staff, overseeing CRM, Salesforce.com and Finnone systems while handling customer escalations and portfolio delinquency. Based in Belgaum, this role works on‑site with a hybrid focus on field activity and data‑driven performance metrics.
What you’ll do
- Meet and exceed business targets for loan and insurance products
- Recruit, retain and manage off‑roll sales team
- Monitor delinquency, conversion and productivity metrics
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Risk teams
- Ensure timely lead status updates and PDD collection
What you’ll bring
Graduate degree
Nice to have
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales in loans
- Experience in insurance (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM and lending systems (Salesforce.com, Finnone)
- Strong MS Office and data management skills
- Team leadership and recruitment experience
