Senior Executive, New Car Finance

About the role

New Car Finance division at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on providing financing solutions for new vehicle purchases. The Senior Executive drives loan and insurance product targets, leads a team of off-roll employees, and manages end‑to‑end lead fulfillment, CRM (Salesforce.com, Finnone) and portfolio delinquency. Role based in Ambala with on‑site work, overseeing recruitment, productivity metrics, and customer escalations, while collaborating with Credit, Operations and Risk teams.

What you’ll do

• Meet and exceed business goals for loan and insurance products
• Recruit, retain and manage off‑roll sales team
• Monitor delinquency, conversion, productivity and data penetration metrics
• Handle customer escalations and complaints
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Risk teams

What you’ll bring

• Graduates with 2-3 years of direct or channel sales experience in loans
• Experience in insurance is a plus
• Proficient with CRM and lending systems (Salesforce.com, Finnone)
• Strong team leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on data management and MS Office expertise
