About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City team is launching the brand’s first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, delivering a vibrant hospitality experience in India’s Silicon Valley. As a Reservation Executive you will manage new and existing room bookings via phone, email and online channels, coordinate with front office and restaurant teams, and work closely with revenue and sales to maximise occupancy and revenue. Bengaluru, on-site role with a dynamic, creative environment and opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do

• Manage individual room reservations through telephone, email and website platforms
• Monitor booking channels and maximise revenue opportunities
• Coordinate with front office, restaurant, revenue and sales teams to ensure accurate rooming lists
• Communicate proactively with guests to exceed expectations

Nice to have

• 0-2 years hotel reservations or front office experience
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong computer and phone communication skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
