About the role

The Process Principal Engineer leads method selection, design optimization, and discipline resource planning, ensuring compliance with international codes and SBM standards. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Select methods and procedures and optimize design within discipline scope
- Plan and complete discipline activities and deliverables on time and within budget
- Define and manage discipline resource needs for projects
- Deliver Scope of Work per contractual and internal requirements
- Capture lessons learned and assess change impacts across system boundaries
- Manage discipline interfaces with clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies, and regulatory bodies
- Act as Principal for assigned scope or serve as Technical Expert or Engineering Method Authority
