What you’ll do

• Oversee technical governance of engagements
• Guide technical managers and leads
• Secure projects through pilot initiatives
• Evaluate team technical capabilities
• Align talent with customer requirements
• Provide engineering support for process projects
• Support training material development
• Participate in RCA investigations and corrective actions
• Ensure quality of deliverables at program level
• Identify strategic program alignment opportunities
• Cultivate client relationships

• Prioritize business‑driven decisions

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• 20+ years refinery experience
