About the role
Oliv AI's GTM Engineering team builds AI‑augmented growth pipelines for sales organizations. The role designs, automates, and executes B2B campaigns, creates enrichment workflows, and ties campaign data to revenue outcomes. Remote, India, hybrid schedule with flexible hours, relocation not offered.
What you’ll do
- Define and test GTM strategies and experiments
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier
- Develop account‑scoring models and enrichment pipelines
- Create, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and tie metrics to pipeline
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years GTM or growth operations experience
- Hands‑on B2B SaaS campaign execution
- Experience with AI/LLM‑enabled automation tools
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or JavaScript
- Strong ICP definition and ABM knowledge
