About the role

GTM Systems & Engineering at Birdeye designs, configures and optimizes the go‑to‑market technology stack across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. The manager builds and maintains integrations for tools like Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong and AI‑driven automations, while partnering with ops teams to ensure data integrity and drive ROI. Gurugram, Haryana, IND, On‑site work model, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure and optimize GTM tools and integrations
• Build AI‑based automations and prompt‑engineered workflows
• Maintain centralized inventory of GTM systems, licenses and renewals
• Monitor Salesforce usage and data quality across connected tools
• Lead vendor relationships, governance meetings and contract tracking
• Identify and eliminate redundant licenses to reduce spend
• Provide analytics, reporting and dashboards for GTM teams
• Recommend new tools and AI capabilities to enhance revenue operations

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years GTM systems management or engineering
• Hands‑on admin experience with Salesforce
• Experience with ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong or similar tools
• Configuring or integrating Clay, Scout or automation platforms
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI tools
• Strong project/program management across Marketing, Sales and CS Ops
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
