About the role
AI & GTM Automation Manager at Pinnacle Group works to design, optimize, and scale business workflows using Salesforce Flow and AI-driven automation to boost seller and recruiter productivity. The role builds automation frameworks, translates processes into intelligent workflows, supports rollout of Agentforce-enabled and Einstein AI tools, and partners with product, sales, recruiting, operations, and IT teams. Remote India, remote work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimize operational workflows
- Build automation to reduce manual activity
- Translate business processes into intelligent automation
- Support rollout of AI‑enabled seller processes
- Develop repeatable automation frameworks across service lines
- Identify data quality and enrichment gaps
- Create SLA‑based triggers and escalation paths
- Partner cross‑functionally with product, sales, recruiting, operations, IT, and external partners
What you’ll bring
- 4-8 years Salesforce operations or RevOps
- Strong Salesforce Flow expertise
- Experience with GTM systems and workflow orchestration
- Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI workflows
- Knowledge of lead/account data quality
- Familiarity with sales/recruiting staffing processes
- Problem‑solving and independent work style
- Ability to explain automation to non‑technical stakeholders
