About the role

GTM Systems team at Securonix builds internal tools and AI‑enabled workflows that accelerate sales, partnerships, and customer success. The Senior Full‑Stack Engineer designs and delivers lightweight applications, integrations, scripts, and dashboards using Python and Next.js, while leveraging AI tools like Codex and ChatGPT to automate development and operations. Works hybrid in Bangalore, collaborating with GTM stakeholders and Salesforce admins to improve data quality and seller productivity.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain full‑stack internal tools and dashboards
• Integrate and enhance GTM systems such as Salesloft and ZoomInfo
• Partner with Salesforce admins to ensure workflow reliability
• Design AI‑powered agents, LLM integrations, and prompt‑based utilities
• Automate repetitive processes to improve data quality
• Support reporting, testing, and enablement for new tools
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and customer success teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Python development
• Next.js front‑end experience
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (Codex, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Hands‑on API and database integration
• Familiarity with GTM platforms (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, RingLead)
• Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
• Automation‑first mindset
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Nice to have
