About the role
Partner Solutions team at Atlassian empowers enterprises to accelerate cloud transformation and AI-driven workflows. The Senior Partner Solutions Architect leads strategy and capability building across India, collaborating with partners, sales, and global cloud leaders to design scalable solutions and deliver workshops that drive AI-powered platform adoption. Remote role based in India, with a focus on enterprise cloud migrations and AI initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Lead partner capability strategy across India market
- Collaborate with partners to create packaged implementation services and GTM strategy
- Conduct enterprise cloud and AI workshops with partners
- Partner with enterprise sales to educate on partner capabilities
- Build and deliver coordinated capability model across Atlassian
- Drive cloud thought leadership programs
What you’ll bring
- Experience in product, consulting, and sales for digital transformation
- Strong business acumen with consultative selling skills
- Proven success building internal and external partnerships
- In-depth understanding of SaaS platform benefits and technologies
- Broad knowledge of cloud and AI technologies
- Collaborative experience with partners/GSIs
- Willingness to become Atlassian product subject matter expert
