About the role
Snowflake seeks a Senior Partner Solution Engineer to drive technical growth within its partner ecosystem across India. The role involves designing training, co-developing solutions, and advising partners on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud platform. This is a remote position based in Delhi.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to implement optimal partner solutions
- Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications for partner upskilling
- Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators with partners
- Present at events, lead hackathons, and drive Snowflake awareness among partners
- Partner on strategic customer engagements, including POCs and use case definition
- Own technology roadmaps to build and scale partner Snowflake practices
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with Global/Regional System Integrators and Technology Partners
- Proven ability to design scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka
- Strong SQL and cloud data warehousing fundamentals
- Hands-on DevOps and CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Google Cloud Build)
- Deep understanding of partner revenue models and industry challenges
