About the role

Accenture S&C Global Network drives AI-powered solutions for healthcare and life sciences. The consultant designs and implements GenAI, RAG, and traditional AI/ML models, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers data‑driven recommendations to global pharma clients. Bengaluru, on-site role with hybrid collaboration opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Provide strategic, data‑driven advice to clients
• Design and deploy GenAI and AI/ML solutions for healthcare challenges
• Lead communications and progress updates with client stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to build analytics pipelines
• Apply design thinking and process optimization to client initiatives
• Develop assets, methodologies, and white papers for the practice
• Co‑lead proposals and business development efforts
• Present findings and recommendations to client audiences

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years experience in life sciences/pharma AI projects
• GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI expertise
• Python, SQL, Spark
• Power BI or Tableau visualization
• Experience with pharma datasets (Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA)
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/Google Cloud for model deployment
• Statistical modeling and machine learning
• Stakeholder management
