About the role

Accenture S&C Global Network – AI – Life Sciences team drives strategic AI initiatives for pharma and healthcare clients. The Data Science Consultant designs and implements GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers data‑driven recommendations to improve business outcomes. Bengaluru, on-site role with hybrid collaboration opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Deliver strategic AI consulting advice to clients
• Design and implement GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI models for healthcare challenges
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams using Power BI or Tableau
• Apply design thinking and business process optimization in project delivery
• Lead proposals and business development efforts

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years experience in Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare projects
• Hands‑on GenAI and Agentic AI solution development
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
• Familiarity with pharma datasets (RWE, EMR, clinical)

Nice to have

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
