About the role

S&C Global Network at Accenture drives AI-enabled healthcare analytics for life sciences clients. The consultant designs and deploys GenAI, RAG, and traditional AI/ML models, collaborates with cross‑functional teams on data engineering and visualization, and delivers strategic, data‑driven recommendations. Gurugram, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with client engagements.

What you’ll do

Deliver strategic, data‑driven recommendations to clients
Design and implement GenAI, RAG, and AI/ML solutions for healthcare challenges
Lead client communications and project progress updates
Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and BI teams
Apply design thinking and business process optimization
Develop assets, methodologies, and white papers
Co‑lead proposals and business development efforts
Present findings to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

4+ years life sciences/pharma consulting
GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI expertise
Python, SQL, Spark
Power BI or Tableau visualization
Experience with pharma datasets (Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, Optum)
Statistical modeling and machine learning
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
