About the role

S&C Global Network drives AI-powered transformation for life sciences clients. The Data Science Consultant designs and implements GenAI, RAG, and traditional AI/ML solutions, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers strategic, data‑driven recommendations. Based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model, the role offers exposure to high‑visibility pharma projects and opportunities for consulting skill development.

What you’ll do

• Provide data‑driven strategic advice to clients
• Design and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare challenges
• Lead communications and project updates with clients
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams
• Apply design thinking and process optimization
• Develop assets, methodologies, and thought leadership pieces

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years experience in life sciences/pharma analytics
• Hands‑on GenAI and Agentic AI development
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark
• Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., Komodo, IQVIA)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
