What you’ll do

  • Deliver strategic, data‑driven recommendations to life sciences clients
  • Design and implement GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI models for healthcare challenges
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to build analytics solutions
  • Lead client communications and project updates
  • Apply design thinking and process optimization to consulting engagements
  • Develop assets, methodologies, and white papers for the practice

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years AI/ML consulting experience
  • GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI expertise
  • Python and SQL proficiency
  • Life sciences domain knowledge
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Spark or data bricks experience
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice to have

  • 4+ years AI/ML consulting experience
