AI & Data Engineering – Data Science team at Brillio builds advanced AI solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Data Science Lead drives end-to-end AI product development, integrating generative AI and agentic AI frameworks into applications while leading a team of data scientists. Based in Pune, hybrid work model with on-site collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML models
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and backend services
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI solutions
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists
• Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting
• Ensure model reliability using Great Expectations and Evidently AI
• Drive adoption of best practices in AI development
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years data science experience
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Expertise in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
• Hands‑on with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn
• Experience deploying models using Kubeflow and BentoML
• Background in AI/ML product integration
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI agent architectures
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
