What you’ll do
- Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics with ocean carriers, cartage partners, customs and warehouses
- Execute end‑to‑end freight movement within the regional network
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality and on‑time performance
- Resolve client issues quickly and escalate when necessary
- Follow standard operating procedures and drive process improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years global forwarding experience
- 4+ years ocean freight or import compliance experience
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient in MS Office or Google apps
