About the role
Insight's Data Engineering team builds scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms to drive business insights. The Engineer III designs, builds, and maintains Azure Data Factory and Databricks pipelines, develops Power BI data models, and implements data governance using Microsoft Purview. Hybrid role across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune with flexible work arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Develop and optimize data models and architecture for Power BI reporting
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance with Purview or Unity Catalog
- Lead cross‑functional teams and support Azure DevOps CI/CD for data solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of data platforms
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years data engineering experience
- 2+ years Power BI, Azure Databricks, ADF
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark
- Experience with data governance tools
