What you’ll do

• Monitor & troubleshoot global network incidents for optimal performance
• First responder: organize & control incident response
• Monitor consoles, respond to alerts, investigate
• Update, escale, resolve network tickets promptly
• Daily health checks to maintain uptime per SLA
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, customers, vendors, carriers
• Implement standard network changes
• Collaborate on migration/upgrade activities
• Commission & decommission network equipment, services, circuits
• Document SOPs, KBAs, RCAs, network diagrams
• Obtain CCNA or equivalent certification within 6 months

What you’ll bring

CCNA / Equivalent certification mandatory within 6 months of joining

• Routing & Switching: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, IP addressing, DDI protocols
• Cisco & Arista routers/switches diagnostics
• Wireless standards & security diagnostics
• Advanced routing/switching, firewall troubleshooting
• Palo Alto/Fortinet ops, routing & firewall rule checks, traffic log analysis
• Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Splunk
• Basic GCP Cloud knowledge
• SNMP/ICMP/WMI/Agents polling methods
• IT infrastructure escalation
• Vendor collaboration
• Weekend shift comfort
• Multitasking alerts
• Verbal & written communication
• Cross-department collaboration
• GlobalProtect ops, user log analysis
• Jira/Confluence project & knowledge base
