About the role

Full-time NOCC Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining global network infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with incident management, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system availability. Handles monitoring tools, health checks, incident response, network changes, migrations, decommissioning, documentation, and requires CCNA certification within 6 months.

  • Daily health checks
  • Stakeholder liaison
  • Implement network changes
  • Collaborate on migrations/upgrades
  • Commission/decommission equipment
  • Document SOPs/KBAs/RCAs/diagrams

What you’ll bring

  • CCNA or equivalent certification within 6 months
  • 8-12 years networking experience
  • Basic GCP knowledge

Nice to have

  • Routing & Switching: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, IP addressing, DDI protocols
  • Cisco & Arista routers/switches diagnostics
  • Wireless standards & security
  • Advanced routing/switching, firewall troubleshooting
  • Palo Alto and Fortinet operations
  • SolarWinds and Splunk monitoring
  • SNMP, ICMP, WMI, Agents polling
  • IT infrastructure escalation
