Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable

About the role

SitusAMC’s Accounts Receivable team drives accurate invoicing and month‑end closing for real‑estate clients. The Senior Specialist interprets contracts, generates invoices, reconciles customer accounts, and coordinates with sales, finance, and operations to resolve billing inquiries. Based in Mumbai, the role is on‑site with a focus on process improvement and system implementation.

What you’ll do

• Read and interpret contracts for accurate invoicing
• Execute OTC month‑end closing and accruals
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing data
• Collaborate with external stakeholders on billing inquiries
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents
• Maintain billing records and research inquiries
• Assist with WIP reporting and process documentation
• Ad‑hoc reporting
• Ensure data security and confidentiality

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years accounting/finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Workday/Dynamics or SaaS accounting software
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team‑player mindset
• Self‑starter
