About the role
Finance & Accounting team at Securonix, a cybersecurity unicorn, manages cash flow and financial accuracy for a global SaaS platform. The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist generates and sends invoices, monitors payments, reconciles ledgers, and prepares aging reports while collaborating with sales, legal and support teams. Bangalore office, on-site, with shift coverage from 4 PM to 1 AM IST.
What you’ll do
- Generate, review and send customer invoices accurately
- Monitor incoming payments and apply them to accounts
- Follow up on past‑due balances via email and phone
- Reconcile AR ledger and assist with month‑end close
- Prepare aging reports and provide status updates to management
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, legal and accounting teams
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze payment trends to aid cash‑flow forecasting
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with high‑volume invoicing and collections
