What you’ll do
- Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets during peak and off-peak hours
- Supervise and motivate F&B team members, fostering professional growth
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and fire safety procedures
- Assist in staff training and onboarding programs
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to customize offerings
- Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and revenue optimization
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Diploma in Hospitality/F&B Management
- 1-2 years of F&B operations experience
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
