What you’ll do

  • Design and build solutions for complex business workflows
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of components from design to deployment
  • Write high‑quality Java code and ensure code quality across the team
  • Optimize performance and resolve bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and management
  • Guide junior engineers and enforce best practices
  • Utilize AI tools for generating HLD/LLD and code reviews
  • Integrate and maintain cloud services, Kafka, and ELK stack

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong Java and object‑oriented development skills
  • Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, CodeWhisperer)
  • Proven experience building and scaling microservices
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Mentoring and leadership abilities
