About the role

Branch Banking team at Axis Bank focuses on retail customer acquisition and deposit mobilization. As a Branch Relationship Officer, you will provide financial solutions, cross‑sell products, manage customer portfolios, and ensure timely transaction processing while promoting digital channels. Based in Bhachau, Gujarat, India, this on‑site role operates from the branch with standard working hours.

What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products to existing and new customers
• Engage with assigned customer portfolio to drive deposits and referrals
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Promote digital banking channels such as Internet, mobile, and WhatsApp banking
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete mandatory certifications

What you’ll bring

• Graduation or Post‑Graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Strong communication in English and local language
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Sales and negotiation skills for financial products
• Customer relationship management experience
