About the role

HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system supporting millions of businesses globally, seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support its People team. Based in India with a remote work model, the role involves sourcing technical candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to build talent pipelines. This apprenticeship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes and identify candidates matching technical requirements
• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess fit and communication
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and ensure ATS accuracy
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

What you’ll bring

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and technology industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS is a plus
• Basic understanding of software engineering roles and tech stacks
• Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
