About the role

Talent Acquisition team at Five9 drives hiring for its cloud contact center platform. The Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) will own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, and manage the hiring process. Bangalore, hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, contract 6 months, relocation assistance not mentioned.

What you’ll do

• manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies
• source, attract, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards
• screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee offer process
• maintain talent pipelines and recruitment metrics in Greenhouse
• provide hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders
• identify and implement process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• experience recruiting technical and corporate functions
• strong sourcing and candidate pipeline skills
• proficient with Greenhouse ATS
• excellent stakeholder management
• strong communication in English
• ability to manage multiple requisitions
• bachelor's degree in HR or related field
