The Talent Acquisition Partner owns end‑to‑end recruitment, builds talent pipelines with Phenom CRM and LinkedIn tools, provides market insights and guides hiring managers through the hiring process. Bangalore, India, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage end‑to‑end recruitment process
- Build and manage talent pipelines using Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence for hiring decisions
- Drive requisitions in Workday, craft job ads and source top talent
- Strengthen Electrolux employer brand through candidate experience
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years end‑to‑end recruitment experience
- Tech and non‑tech hiring, including volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management
- Full‑cycle recruitment expertise
- Proven ability in fast‑paced environments
- Proactive and resilient under pressure
- International mindset with cross‑cultural experience
- Digital savvy with MS Office; Workday and Phenom CRM a plus
