About the role

HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system supporting millions of businesses globally, seeks a Non-Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice. This remote role in India involves sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews to build high-performing teams. The position offers a structured 12-month apprenticeship with mentorship and practical training.

What you’ll do

• Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against defined role requirements
• Support candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience across hiring stages
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities
• Assist with recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking

What you’ll bring

• Recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or related field
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology
