About the role
Talent Acquisition team at Helpshift focuses on sourcing top technical talent to support player engagement initiatives. The specialist drives end-to-end recruitment, partners with operations to define hiring needs, and mentors junior recruiters. Hybrid work model based in Pune, India with 1-2 days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Partner with operations to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and pre-boarding
- Lead sourcing initiatives and location-based projects
- Prepare recruitment reports and support strategy development
- Collaborate with People & Culture, L&D, and Operations to improve hire quality
- Maintain and update the ATS
- Mentor and train specialists, associates, and interns
- Act as point of contact in TA Team Leader’s absence
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years end-to-end talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting technical/IT roles
- BS degree in HR Management or related field
- Familiarity with ATS and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff
- Experience with regional or global recruitment
