About the role
Software Development group at Rockwell Automation builds industry‑leading Manufacturing Execution System software. The Associate Software Test Engineer designs and maintains automated tests, develops test documentation, and reports defects while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid schedule. Pune, hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday onsite).

- Design and maintain automated tests
- Develop test documentation and report software defects
- Provide work estimates and status reports
- Collaborate with multiple global teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1 year experience in test automation
- Knowledge of Java and object‑oriented design
- Experience with Selenium or Marathon
- Familiarity with test management tools such as qTest
- Proficiency with Eclipse, SVN, GitLab, JUnit, JIRA, Jenkins, ANT, Maven
- Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, TDD/BDD
- Experience working in SAFe methodology
