Product Analyst, Operations Reference Data

About the role

Product Reference Data Service team provides accurate and timely product reference data across the Bank’s divisions. The analyst creates and maintains product hierarchies, collaborates with stakeholder functions such as cRDS, AFC, Front Office and New Product Approval, and resolves daily data queries and governance issues. Bangalore, Velankani Tech Park, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Partner with stakeholder functions to provision the bank’s golden source of product reference data
• Act as point of contact for product hierarchy, lifecycle and infrastructure mapping queries
• Manage daily resolution of PRDS support tickets and issues
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to improve data quality and governance processes
• Ensure PRDS products adhere to operating model, accountability and control standards
• Support broader Reference Data programme objectives
